About Cartridge West — Busselton's Printer Supplies Specialist

Cartridge West is a locally owned and operated printer supplies specialist based in Busselton, Western Australia. Formerly Cartridge World Busselton, we've been serving the South West WA community for over 15 years — and we've been doing it under our own name since we decided to go independent and build something that genuinely reflects how we operate.

What we stock

We carry over 2,000 products — genuine ink cartridges, genuine toner cartridges, printers, multifunction printers, portable printers, photographic paper, Brother label printers, and scanners from Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Fuji Xerox, and Samsung.

We also carry Eco Advanced — our own brand of compatible ink and toner cartridges. Every Eco Advanced batch is personally tested by us in real printers before it reaches the shelf. Same quality as genuine, typically 30–50% lower price. If it doesn't perform exactly as expected, we replace it. No questions, no return postage required. That's not a policy statement — it's how we've always operated.

How we're different

We're not a general office supplies retailer with a small cartridge section. Printers and printer supplies are all we do. That means when you call, you're talking to someone who knows the difference between a TK-1154 and a TK-1174, knows which HP series takes the 59A versus the 59X, and has matched thousands of South West WA households, businesses, schools, and tradies to the right cartridge the first time.
