About Cartridge West, Busselton Printer Supplies

About Cartridge West — Busselton's Printer Supplies Specialist

I'm Pierre, and Cartridge West is my business. I'm based in Busselton, Western Australia, and I've been helping South West WA households, businesses and schools with their printers for over 15 years. Cartridge West was formerly Cartridge World Busselton. I went independent so I could run things the way I think they should be run, under my own name.

What I stock

Over 2,000 products: genuine ink cartridges, genuine toner cartridges, printers, multifunction printers, portable printers, photographic paper, Brother label printers and scanners from Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Fuji Xerox and Samsung.

I also sell Eco Advanced, Cartridge West's own range of compatible ink and toner cartridges. Every batch is tested by my partners in real printers before it goes on sale, and it's typically 30–50% cheaper than genuine. If a cartridge doesn't perform as expected, I'll replace it. No questions, and no return postage required.

How I'm different

I'm not a general office supplier with a small cartridge section. Printers and printer supplies are what I know. When you call, you're talking to me, someone who knows the difference between a TK-1154 and a TK-1174, knows which HP printers take the 59A versus the 59X, and has matched thousands of customers to the right cartridge the first time.

I don't guess. I match. And if I ever get it wrong, I fix it.

Delivering Australia-wide

Orders ship Australia-wide from partner warehouses, with tracking on every order and free delivery on orders over $110. For South West WA customers in Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and the surrounding region, most orders arrive the next day.

On-site IT support in the South West

I also come to homes and businesses across Busselton and the South West to sort out computers, Wi-Fi, printers and other tech. See Mobile IT Support Busselton for details.
