Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Busselton, Western Australia.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before [insert cut-off time, e.g. 2:00 PM AWST] on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Certain bulky or hazardous items (e.g. large format paper rolls, some chemical-based products) may be subject to additional handling requirements or carrier restrictions. If your order is affected, we will contact you promptly.
