The first hour is $110, and the callout is included. After the first hour, it's $50 every half hour. A monthly retainer with priority response is also available, so ask me for details.

Yes. I support both, along with iPhones, iPads and Android devices.

Can you help with a printer I didn't buy from Cartridge West?
Absolutely. I set up and troubleshoot all major printer brands.
