The SELPHY QX20 uses two Canon paper and ink packs, both available at Cartridge West:

What the Canon SELPHY QX20 does

The QX20 uses Canon's dye-sublimation thermal transfer process to build each print in four passes — applying cyan, magenta, and yellow dye in sequence before adding a protective overcoat that seals the surface against water, dirt, and fading. Prints exit the QX20 completely dry and marker-ready. The built-in rechargeable battery charges via USB-C in approximately 80 minutes and delivers up to 20 prints per charge. Connecting is done via the free Canon SELPHY Photo Layout app (iOS and Android) — scan the QR code inside the ink cassette door, and you are ready to print. Up to six devices can connect simultaneously. The app supports creative customisation, including frames, stamps, filters, collages, and borders.
